Mike and one of his mechanics both took the time to hear me out on the intake and then explained in detail all the points I had questions about on the inspection. They provided fair recommendations and were honest about what makes economical sense to repair based on my use and future use of the car. I also appreciate the military discount he provides.

Took car in for sensor issue that was fixed. They also sent me a pic of a mouse nest in my cabin air filter which was due to be replaced anyway. Gave me a list of things that needed attention on my car with photos for what photos could be taken of. Explained any questions I had with no pressure to bring car back. I will go back for any repairs that my mechanical family members don’t want to deal with. Mike’s has my complete trust!

This is definitely the best repair shop in Sun Prairie. Wish I could give them more stars. My favorite thing is that they don’t try to coerce/scam customers into additional, unnecessary, and unrelated repairs. I appreciate their ethics and respect to their customers. Mike’s is much better than a dealership and you’ll never go back.

Highly recommend. I go here often when I don't feel like working on my own vehicles and let me tell you.These guys are the best of the best. Mike is amazing and does what he can in any way possible to help the customer, and the pricing is always really good compared to any other shops in the area.
