I have worked with a number of agencies in the past, but have never experienced the level of service that I have, over more than a decade, with KS Roth. They have written my personal and business policies for many years, and I have always been impressed with their quick, courteous responses when I have needed assistance. When I first came to the company via word of mouth for my garage policy i dealt with a very nice lady named Debbie. Shes great. Then after the first few months I started speaking with a women named Barb and she has been very rude and demanding since the start. Had some hickups in my ventures and she gets all bent out of shape over them. Would not deal with her if you are a newcomer. Would like to rate no starts but i cannot. Beware.

Agency was not upfront or easy to understand with details of my policy. Insurance ended up being canceled because they never notified me of a mandatory interview. I wish I would have just stuck with my policy through Julie coy at State Farm.
