Ken at Kadco is an encyclopedia of RV knowledge! I learned much about my used RV from him. In addition to being a nice guy, his service and repairs are top-notch. He even helped me out with a few used parts from his stash (broken awning).

Ken was terrific to us! He installed the Blue Ox flat tow equipment on our '23 Versa, and when we went to pick it up, Ken discovered a problem with the wiring in our RV. He spent the time to trouble shoot it and found a loose connection in the RV dash. A quick fix, but only because Ken is so knowledgeable! We recommend him to everyone! Thanks Ken!

It seems, at the start of every season, our Motorhome gives us another reason to spend money on repairs. Thank goodness for Kadco, as they have repaired every issue we've thrown at them. Ken works diligently, and keeps exploring until he fixes what's broken. Easy for drop off/pick up, and the ONY repair place within 40 minutes of our home.

I arrived today at 1:20 pm. They were supposed to be open until 3pm on Saturdays according to the internet as well as the sign on the business. I drove a long way to check out some RV's. When I pulled up and parked the employee sitting in the parking lot in their truck just drove away. He didn't even bother to say anything to me. I guess they decided to close early? There didn't seem to be any other employees inside the building either. What kind of a dealership has one worker? This place seems unprofessional. If you are going to spend this much money go somewhere else.
