I had the timing chain replaced on my 2011 Chevy Equinox at Superior Auto, and my car honestly feels like it did when I first got it. The difference in how it runs is night and day. Andrew was great to work with. He took the time to explain everything to me over the phone and really broke down what was going on with the car. He also mentioned another repair that my car will eventually need, but what I appreciated most was that he didn’t pressure me into doing it right away. Because he was so clear and honest about the timing chain work, I felt comfortable giving him the go-ahead. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. I can’t recommend these guys enough. I went to them for timing chain repair on my vehicle. They completed the job quickly and $2000 less than the quote from the mechanic I had been using for the last 20 years. They were also several hundred dollars less than the dealer and included a more thorough repair. I’ve since brought another vehicle to them for a valve tap and before starting a large repair they advised me of a service bulletin that brought me to a repair free solution. This again saved me a considerable amount. This is on the heals of thinking I needed brakes for this same vehicle but they advised otherwise. I serviced my Audi back in may and forgot to post my review. They did an awesome job on my 2020 audi a6 3.0t quattro. They took care of the Brake fluid flushed/changed, Spark plug(s) replaced, Transmission fluid flushed! Thanks so much to the team! Also they report to carfax which was key in me choosing this shop. It will maintain the value of my car high if I ever decide to sell it. Thanks!

Jeff and Andrew were wonderful! Very impressed with the customer service and transparency. I have a Benz and the other non dealer shop I considered seemed too secretive about their pricing which made me feel they were probably going to try and rip me off and thats not someone I would trust with my baby! Im glad I came here, they told me exactly what the price would be, service was done quickly, my car is driving perfectly and I couldn't be happier. You guys definitely have a customer for life! 😊
