I was referred by a colleague and brought my car in for a sensor issue and an oil pan replacement. I scheduled a morning drop-off with Will, and a few hours later, he called with a clear and detailed explanation of the work that had been completed. The paperwork matched exactly what he’d explained over the phone—no surprises. I also asked about servicing the transmission fluid, and Will was honest in saying it wasn’t necessary since the car was running fine, even with higher mileage. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He only recommended what was needed, and the work was done efficiently and quickly. Very happy with the result I got from WP Automotive. Sent in my Nissan Versa and spoke to Will about what I thought needed to be done. He diagnosed my issues down to my tires, alignment,and balance (which I had done less than a year ago at a different true shop) took 4 days for my car to be done. Driving very well now, I have absolutely no complaints. If you want an honest, well spoken, and excellent overall mechanic use WP Automotive.

Happy to have found a good mechanic with a great heart! I Needed breaks and he gave me a quote. When the repair was finished he informed me that I didn't need parts that were quoted and were taking them off my bill. Most mechanics would have just put them on because they ordered the parts for the repair. We will absolutely be returning.

Will does awesome work for a fair price ... trusted him to put an upgraded suspension on my F-150 and I'm very happy. He's very familiar with aftermarket upgrades (especially on trucks) and his shop is beautiful (but slightly hidden). I'll be back ...

Will, did an awesome job on our mercury he is a very honest person and tells you everything that is wrong with the car. Will is a top notch mechanic and does quality work, I will never take my vehicle to anyone else but will.
