I am writing to express my concerns regarding Mercedes-Benz services including roadside assistance and tire service experience. I chose Mercedes-Benz with the assurance that the roadside assistance program would provide expedited and reliable support, especially given the absence of a spare tire in the new vehicle models. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have not lived up to those expectations. Recently, I experienced a flat tire on the expressway and immediately contacted roadside assistance. I was assured that help would arrive promptly, but the response time significantly exceeded(more than 5 hours) what was initially promised(no more than 60 minutes, To make matters worse, I received no updates or clear communication during this delay, which left me stranded on the expressway in

This dealership went above and beyond to help me out with the 2018 E400 that I purchased privately. There IT person named Robert spent about an hour with me helping me set up all the electronics. Robert was incredibly and the dealership is extremely lucky to have him on there team.

Is drop and hook loads 27/7 ?

Very disappointed in the lack of response from this company. After nearly a month in the repair shop, my car still is not fixed. Headquarters has no answer for how to fix it. After being a customer for so long, I expected some sort of answer but this is just disappointing because they don’t even know the solution to their own car.
