This guy is an absolute CROOK. He is a DISHONEST mechanic. I bought a brand new car that was serviced by a trusted dealership that I’ve never had issues with, 1 week before I took the car to Kai to have a key programmed. He proceeded to do a “diagnostic check up” despite me asking him not to and imagine my surprise when Kai tells me that the radiator has a leak. He quoted me almost $1000 to fix the radiator (the part is $100 by the way). Turns out the hose system was just missing a small O-ring that induced a leak - a quick fix. Guess who could’ve removed it? I called the dealership that performed the service a week prior to ask if it’s possible the cooling system could’ve sprung a leak since servicing. They said no.
