Where do I start: At first I thought it was going to be a great experience here since I purchased my car from Keeler. I turned in my car on January 27th. I was told that it would be 1.5-2 weeks until the repairs were done. I signed some paperwork and was given a rental car. I had to pay out of pocket for the car due to not having coverage. This is where it took a turn. After a week of not hearing anything. I finally get a message saying that my car went through pre scans. I then did not hear anything for the next week. I finally call at the 2 weeks point and am being told that they had just got the parts and they have not heard from my insurance company. I tried to stress that again I am paying for the car out of pocket and they told me they would do what they can. Spoiler alert: nothing w

Keller Collision Center did a terrific job repairing my 2021 530. The team was very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job in communicating with me during the process.
