After my regular mechanic of 8 years sold his business, I went on a search for a new place I can trust, and I feel I found that place here. They conduct business the same way I do, valuing clients over profit. Pleasant to speak with and easy to get along with. My wife and I also loved their "mascot", Lucky, he was a sweet kitty who loves to be pet. They also offer a shuttle service, which is very useful.

Truly an amazing shop, full of great people. I’ve had them replace a starter on my 2016 civic and they got it done in an afternoon. More importantly, we have been able to trust them with our classic Buick that is a family heirloom. They show such kindness, respect and honesty towards it. Hands down the best shop in New Bern.
