Smoking under battery date? Took you over week to get in and days to even identify and diagnose it. Said you can't find issue? Said you can't fix for x amount of days over even look at? Didn't see rust on frame when inspection for fire underhood? Brought in for inspection. Said I should not drive because you can't get in for over week on 1/21? Said 2 days for repair 1/22? Tomorrow 1/23? Monday1/25? Oh no, we don't have the materials we thought that computer said? Tomorrow 1/26? Tomorrow1/27? Tomorrow1/28? When???? This truck is under 2 years old and 36,000 miles when all these issues were inspected and identified. This truck cost me thousands per day when not in working order or you say that it can't be driven. I'm an owner of a small business. This is unacceptable.

This is how customer service should be. Quick to get an estimate, got in the next day, and they underpromised and over delivered my vehicle by 5 days! It was clean inside and out and looks like nothing happened. Great Job to Dave and whoever worked on it!

Had to take my SUV here for repairs following an accident. Scott was our consultant and was fantastic. We also had our front grille replaced at the same time (just due to peeling from the weather). He was able to give us a quote within minutes and get that replaced while our SUV was in for the accident repairs, so no need for another appointment. Communication during the time our SUV was in service was awesome with daily texts giving updates to the repair progress and any additional costs or delays. When we picked up our SUV we were pleasantly surprised to find the inside was cleaned nicely in addition to just cleaning up from them having it in the shop. First time using this collision center but will bring all vehicles here for any body work needed in the future.

Jen and the technician team were fantastic to work with after my accident. They walked through the process clearly, worked me in quickly despite the holiday weekend, and paid close attention to detail, including cleaning up all the broken glass. Their frequent communication kept me informed every step of the way. Highly reliable and professional service.

Recently brought my car in to fix a scratch on the passenger side rear door. Brought it in on Monday morning and received it Thursday afternoon. Looks just like it did before the scratch. Everyone was nice and accommodating, providing frequent updates about the status. Went through insurance, but total cost was $821.47
