Terrible service, cannot get anything done right. Apparently sexist manager because they treat my wife aweful, will not help unless a male calls. They do not do what you ask, they dont give you estimates you ask for, and this time they gave the car back not functioning properly and told my wife, stuck on the side of the road, to call back tomorrow because we are almost closed. Any person with basic skills can change oil, and it doesnt take much to be a descent human being, Karl service, has neither the skills or the decency...

They need to change the title of the Express Lube to something that more accurately reflects how sluggish the service is. I arrived and waited outside for 15 minutes before one of the service advisors noticed me and immediately she acted like my presence was an inconvenience. The vehicle I am driving is a fleet vehicle purchased from Karl. We exclusively use Karl for all of the local vehicles. There was a single car in the bay and I was quoted a hour and a half wait time. To me, this seems ridiculous, because there are these newly installed banners that shout “40 Minute Certified Service.” The banners don’t seem to align with the product being provided. I went for my first oil change and tire rotation, which was included with the purchase of the car. They were very thorough and answered all of my questions. I enjoyed the free car wash also!

Having the quick lube option for an oil change before work is such a great benefit and having Karl’s technicians perform the oil change is the icing on the cake. Well done Karl and thank you!

Me and my family have never had a bad experience here! Have been coming here for years. Levi and Austin were outstanding and I would recommend to everyone!
