After dealing with another repair shop that was nothing but frustrating, I am so happy that I found Karr Automotive! Their communication is second to none! My initial contact was via a text message which was quickly answered along with several more to answer my questions. An appointment was quickly made and we are so impressed with how professionally this shop is run. Our car was in and out the first day with a proper diagnosis. They included a picture of the diagnostic test, a video to demonstrate how they eliminated other issues to find the real problem and a full written report. Our car is at an age where some new parts are no longer available and they were able to find and order from a reputable dealer. When I tell you I’ve never been more happy with the service I received today. Little backstory, I went to Nissan yesterday, they tried quoting me $600 for something that I KNEW thankfully didn’t cost that much, they seriously tried scamming me! I came here and they charged me $0 because it was the easiest fix ever. They were HONEST with me and I will never go anywhere else because of that, I love supporting businesses that have good people! thanks guys feels good to know I can trust you ❤️

I brought a problem vehicle to Karr that had previously stumped three skilled mechanics. It’s the type of thing where you feel like you have to apologize for dragging in such a mess (towing in actually), and I wouldn’t have been surprised if they decided not to take it on. I had been told at another shop that I needed a full engine rebuild. Karr did something that no else did - they took the time to get to the root of the problem, instead of just throwing expensive parts at it and hoping the problem would go away. In the end, the car was (finally) properly fixed, and it turns out I did not need an engine rebuild, so I saved several thousand dollars because someone was finally willing to take the necessary time to figure it out. Went to Karr Automotive today as I'm new to this area. My prior shop is out of state so needed to find a new place. From my initial phone call to walking out the door, my experience was fantastic. John (service manager), thanks for everything. Your personality and attention to detail was so welcoming. The parts guy (John) was really cool too. I will definitely be coming back here in the future. Went in for front end service and they pin pointed the issue WITH NO up-charges. Thanks so much to John and team for a great experience and finding the issue. Even the other customers were cool to chat with in the waiting room. I had a great experience with Karr Automotive! Everyone was super friendly and professional. I really appreciated how flexible they were when scheduling my service — they made it simple and convenient. You can tell they take great care of the cars they work on and really pay attention to the details. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the maintenance done.
