My recent visit turned into getting behind 2026 X3 thanks to Dustin Jewett who is a client advisor at the Keeler BMW. You literally don’t need to do anything, just find a car you want and next you are getting your ultimate driving experience. Thanks Dustin and the whole BMW Keeler family for keeping me safe. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years, purchased 4 cars from this dealership, and always had my service done here — until today. They were offering free inspections for the month of January, but it felt like they were doing the inspection for free and then looking for anything to make you pay more money. I brought my car in for a NYS inspection and was told it could not pass because of a light issue. Scott said it would take 4 hours to diagnose and implied I would need repairs. He said the problem was the running lights — which do not affect NYS inspections. NYS inspections only require working high/low beams, turn signals, brake lights, hazard lights, backup lights, and license plate lights. They said it could take 4 hours to figure out how to fix the running lights. That’s insan

This is a wonderful dealership. The battery on my 2021 BMW X5 died and the car had to be jumpstarted. A notification advised I needed a new battery. The next day I telephoned Keeler and asked if I could bring the car in that day for an emergency battery replacement. The customer service personnel handled my phone request expeditiously and confirmed with the parts department Keeler had the battery. Despite not being a Keeler customer, and that Keeler was fully booked, I was given an appointment that day. I arrived at 11:20 am and received the same courteous and prompt reception as I received over the phone. The work was completed by 1:20 pm. I cannot imagine a better experience.

Took my BMW in for check engine light issue 2 times. 1st was told the 2500$ repair would "absolutely fix" the issue. "Guaranteed" 2nd time was for the same check engine light. Another 1500$ and guess what lit up again. Then I was told "well the car has 200k on it"....and I was referred to the used car department. That's how they treat a guy who had 10 years working for BMW. WOW.
