Just brought my van in for some minor service and also a warranty job. Charlie's communication was above average. Very pleased with their quick process, concise information and level of customer service. Thank you, Keeler, for employing people like Charlie!

Usually don't come out as a fan of dealerships, but I highly recommend this establishment for service and parts. They are professional and accommodating, prices "at least for my services" and parts were less than expected, a shock. The parts counter staff is professional and knowledgeable. I guess Keeler is my Mercedes Dealer!

The service center is first rate and very fair. Bill worked with me and helped me out with my Sprinter's issues. I would highly recommend Sprinter of Latham for your Sprinter's service needs.

I had I warning light come on , I only stopped by to ask a question, I know they are really busy there . Bill personely took my van in the shop and had it fixed within 10 minute's without even asking . Thank you Bill
