Very pleased with the work they did on my 2013 Toyota Highlander & 2017 Ram 1500. Excellent work and good people to deal with. I have never recommended an auto repair shop until now, highly recommended.

I would trust them with my life! My family and I have always gone straight to Kenneth Jones for all our car needs, and we have never once been disappointed. As a woman, it's hard to find mechanics that will shoot you straight and not try to pull one over on you, and these folks are super honest, friendly with any and all questions you might have, and kind. I wish there was a higher rating than five stars!

I went to this location because of all the wonderful things I had heard but that was sadly not my experience. 1 When I took my car I told them the code my vehicle was throwing, they received the car and even though the code wasn't showing they decided to run a diagnostic before asking. (I would have just driven it home as nothing could be done) 2 I never received the call that my vehicle was done. It wasnt until the 3rd day that I was told it was ready and that they needed the room. I immediately went to pick it up. Upon arrival, I noticed my car door was unlocked and was left that way in the lot for the 2 days it was set out. 3 Upon mentioning all of this, and the fact part my good that I admit was chipped, had been taken off, I wasn't notified on the phone but rather in person, the manag

The best experience I've ever had at an auto repair shop, the service was quick, the staff were all wonderful to talk to, and they were able to point out another issue I hadn't noticed to fix!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I had heard about them years ago from a friend, so when I needed work done, decided to try them, after checking with several others. The girl quoted me a price, which I was happy with, and was less than others. She said she would call me next week. She did, and I got right in. Could not believe how quickly the guy got the ignition switch replaced on my old 1988 Ford f-150. I've done that kind of work, and did not want to do it again. He even got done in LESS time than originally estimated, and the girl actually pro-rated it down, less than the original estimate. Can't complain about that. A less honest shop would have just ignored the speedy repair and charged the original estimate.
