Happiest car repair place I have ever encountered! My family were car people, my dad a salesman and I still am suspicious of going in as a single woman. Back today with my daughter’s car for a pre-inspection check. Conversations happen here not just technical speak with monetary aftermath. Humanity exists at Ken’s!

I am thankful for Ken's and their honest work! I was given inaccurate information from a different repair shop where they would have charged me 3k in "repairs". Ken's was able to give me accurate information and repair my car. I'll be going to Ken's going forward and making sure I recommend them to my friends/family!

Went for shock replacement and was told that my car isnt worth fixing. Significant rusting problem underneath that i wasnt aware of from my regular mechanic. I appreciate KENS honesty, and will never go back to my original mechanic who i put all kinds of work on with severe rust issues in frame. If i need help with my car, ill see KEN. Its not easy recieving bad news about your vehicle, but honesty is appreciated. Thank you , ken!

I’ve been coming here for almost a decade, a review is well overdue. I don’t know how I found this establishment, but I’ve not gone anywhere else since then. Everyone is great here, customer service is superb. They are detailed, caring, patient. Sean is the best, I deal with him the most but no matter who you engage with you will be satisfied. Quality work by quality people. Not to mention they have to best coffee station and waiting area I’ve ever seen! Love Ken’s.

I have gotten a few oil changes and all my tires replaced at Ken’s. I’ve always felt like I’ve gotten honest and fair pricing, along with feeling comfortable that I’m not being upsold on services that I don’t need. It can be intimidating to bring your car in for services as a woman who really doesn’t know anything about cars, but I’ve never felt uncomfortable at Ken’s. Thank you for all you do!
