I definitely give this place five stars Kyle behind the counter he is the man let me tell you. I had a issue that needed to be taken care of involving a return in a different state The different store in the other state I was doing the return they didn't want to take the product back even with a bit of a fight to it. Kyle made a couple phone calls and let me tell you within 30 minutes I was taking care of. I definitely recommend this O'Reilly's if you need things done because they ain't playing. Grade A Customer service I'll definitely be bringing my business here you should too.

Pathetic Went to have to purchase wipers and have them installed. I thought it would be quick and painless. Wrong ! The counter person with the man bun did not seem to enthusiastic about helping me. So I ended up leaving and going to another automotive store to have them installed. This is the first time at the Wilbraham store and I won’t be returning anytime soon .

I stopped in O'Reilly's to buy replacement headlight bulbs for my RAV4. The salesperson was very courteous and knowledgeable. The price point was good, and I certainly will return for any other car parts needed. Thank you
