Cassie Cloutier was amazing!She helped me with the maintenance on my 2019 Toyota Camry XSE and made the whole process easy. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest the entire time. I never felt pressured or like she was trying to rip me off. Highly recommend seeing Cassie if you want someone who actually cares about helping you.

The place just need to take some pictures of my car and send them to the headquarter. They could relieve me after taking pictures but they didn't. It ends up I stayed in this place for 3.5 hours. They could simply call me to tell me the result. This is the second times that I have service there. The lady hosts were lack of experience and impotent. They don't know how to deal with issues. If there is half star or less, I will select that. Compare to Balise Toyota within a few miles, go straight to Balise.

Amy Takorian Was friendly, professional, and down to earth. She explained things that I could/should have done, but wasn’t pushy about it.she was honest about any changes my car was displaying before the two appointments, it’s rare to find someone who is there to do their jobs and be pleasant. In the future, I plan on asking if I could have her and I think everyone who likes the customer experience I explained above… should do the same. Amy it was a pleasure working with you and thank you again.

Just before the big storm, I had my RAV4 serviced at Lia Toyota for a coolant system fluid exchange for the Hybrid system and the engine coolant system exchanged at the recommendation of Amy Takorian. Glad I did, I felt much safer during the storm knowing my car would perform at tip top during the harsh winter cold and storm. The service was performed on time and at the expected wait duration. Lia technicians did a great job.
