Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Great customer service, explained everything thoroughly and clearly. Also love how they run every test to let you know what is needed for my car. Damien and his team were very professional and nice.

Dylan, Sebastian, Luis took care my car this afternoon. Friendly, informative. As a woman alone with not enough auto-knowledge, didn't feel intimidated, man-splained, etc. Totally chill. Didnt feel pressured to buy. Got an education. Played games while the fells did there thing. 2nd time here. Will be back... probably a month or two after my sticker says I should. 🙂

I’m a repeat customer here at the Boston Rd branch. Today Feb 14 26. I like the rest of the ppl there must of a gift card for Valvoline it was packed. I was next in line. All I heard from an employee who seems to be in management with such a bad attitude and was bringing down the moral of certain employees due to him venting out loud and with whom ever was willing to listen. So bad that I did not feel comfortable having my car serviced there so I left and drove 20min to another city to your branch in Chicopee Ma and waited even longer due to the being very busy as well but I preferred that and was satisfied in doing so.

I always get my oil changed (and sometimes other offered services) at this particular Valvoline location. I bring my Fleet vehicle and my personal vehicles. A fast and friendly service is always provided!!

Went to Wilbraham Valvoline for an Oil change on Saturday. They could not get the drain plug out. (They were also the last ones to also tighten the plug) They handed me a new plug and said to go have someone else try and come back to get reimbursed, lol. This was after about 30 minutes of waiting and nobody seeming to care or giving me any information. I received an email stating "Thank you for your tire service" lol. After scrolling reviews. This has happened before. Was my last time using a quick oil change service center. Ive been warned for years about overtightening and stripping of plugs at these places. Sometimes damaging the oil pan in the process. They aren't trained to fix it, even if they cause it. Once you leave and have someone else touch your car, that releases their liabilit
