Great service provided by the dealership. The repair on my truck was relatively extensive, yet it was completed in just a few hours, which exceeded my expectations. The quality of the work was excellent, and the team demonstrated great professionalism throughout the entire process. In addition, all staff members were very polite, respectful, and attentive. I highly recommend this dealership for their efficiency, quality of service, and outstanding customer care.

Avoid this place, we were told our truck was going to need extensive repairs. Really bad communication, they dont pick up the phone, hang up when call for updates. We decided to come and take truck home. At arival no one that works there knows what going on, and the ones that do dont answer the phone. Front desk told us "thats hows its always here" Finally got our truck home today (towed 1400 miles) $100 dollars of parts and our mechanics fixed the truck in less than 20 min. This is crazy. Shady crooks. Would not trust them with anything.

Kenworth in Smithfield is a great resource. Linda and the technician went above and beyond to help diagnose and repair my trucks dpf and doc issues. The communication was great and they provided realistic time expectations so that I could coordinate while my truck was out of service. I won't let anyone else work on my trucks' engine!
