Kenworth is convenient for me to come to very good experience here. They got the job done I was very happy i recommend this place if you're in Kentucky. Friendly they even have popcorn.

I came in thinking that I needed a ECU replace and one of the mechanic told me that they are going to check everything first and then let me know. Jake was the one that worked on my truck and he updated me every time about what was going on with my truck and it turned out to be a very easy fix. Thanks to them I am leaving out of here with less than I thought I was going to deal with

When we called this shop we talked to their shop manager Jake. He told us he could get to our truck the same day. Which was several days soon then Freightliner or Peterbilt in the same area. We had a couple of issues and a repair that needed to be taking care of. We didn't get out as quickly as we thought we would, but for now I'm going to blame it on the New Year's holiday, because the parts didn't get there on time. But, we are hopeful we have found a shop we can bring our truck to during our down time at home. Thanks guys. By the way, a waiting room or area would be great.
