This is a very irresponsible dealership. I waited there for an entire day to get my truck repaired, but they didn’t even try to identify the real problem. I ended up paying over $1,000 without them replacing any parts. They simply told me that the wiring was dirty, used a computer to check for issues, cleaned the battery cables, and tightened a coolant hose that was leaking due to a fault—charging me $99 for that. However, the actual problem was not resolved. The next day, I encountered the same issue and had to stop again. I went to another dealership, and they found two problems that required part replacements. Their total inspection and labor costs were just over $600. If your dealership is unwilling or unable to do the job properly, why charge such an outrageous amount? Do you have n

I hate world wide I just stop by to get something’s I needed and they had all of there labels wrong which wasn’t my fault every last one of them where wrong and they wouldn’t make the price right this is the reason I stop dealing with this place before very unprofessional for this reason I let TLG Peterbuilt overhaul my truck which was a 40k bill world wide doesn’t appreciate the customers at all and the parts sales manager was very as matter fact!!!! The sales lady Bridget was fabulous!!!!!!! Then he came over a ripped the stick off.
