Went there for a 15K scheduled maintenance for my Kia. Overall great experience. Scheduling was very easy to do, did it on the website. Notifications and reminders before the appointment was great too! Service was great, the lady in the front was very kind and recommended places nearby for good coffee and snacks. They have coffee and snacks also at the waiting room. While service was happening, there’s a tracker they send out so you can see what step they are doing to your car. After the inspection and all, they send a summary video of what they did with the car (showed the filter they changed and all that)

Car died while driving on the highway and it towed to them. It took a couple weeks to get looked at. They submitted the claim to Kia and asked for more information. I emailed the information Kia was asking for that same day and called to make sure that it was received, Martin said he got it and would submit it. A week goes by and I get a call saying that Kia is requesting more information, the same information that I previously submitted. I forgot her name, but she states Martin is on vacation, logs into his email, finds the email and says she doesnt know what happened but that she will get it submitted. I call back the next week and they say that they are waiting to hear back still. Three weeks have gone by so I submit an inquiry with Kia directly as to the status. I get a call fro

Really great facility! Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful service associates. It's always a pleasant experience when I visit this facility. They are very attentive, very understanding. I always have a comfortable place to wait while my vehicle is being serviced. And they almost always finish the service earlier than expected. They can be on the busier side. So you may have to schedule a little further out. But I would highly recommend this service facility to every Kia owner, and to anyone else who just wants really trustworthy reliable service.

I specifically asked the service center not to run my car through the car wash, but they did it anyway. I’m cautious about those machines since they often do a poor job or can even scratch the paint. If you know, you know. Regardless of their claims about safety, it’s the lack of attention to detail that’s most frustrating. This is the second time they’ve ignored my request. Disappointing. RIP to my buff and wax.

I visited the Kia Lee Johnson service center today for regular service and recall updates. I want to share a few concerns about my experience: 1. When I asked if there were any service coupons, I mentioned that Kia Everett had offered discounts in the past. The representative responded abruptly, saying, “We are not Kia Everett,” and added, “We don’t match,” even though I was just asking. The tone felt dismissive and unfriendly. 2. After 1.5 hours, I was told the car was ready, but when I asked about the recall updates, the team couldn’t clearly explain what had changed. 3. I also asked if the car wash and vacuum were done, and they confirmed it was. However, when I checked, neither was completed. I had to return the car for them to finish the cleaning, but even then, the vacuuming was inco
