I have been using dealer maintenance service for over 50 years. Today was without a doubt my worst experience ever! Was there 15 minutes early, 2nd car in line, 3rd car in , over 30 minutes before serving began. Service took over four hours, no updates from the service mgr. Price was $ 664.01. Seems pretty high for oil and filter change, cabin filter, and brake line flush and refill. Also there was a $39 miscellaneous fee with out any explanation of what it was for. General review of the vehicle was positive. After leaving and about 3 miles from the dealership my low tire pressure light came on causing me to return to evaluate and fix. Also noticed that the door to the gas cap was left open, who knows why? Would have been nice to have known that there was 3 percent upcharge for using a cre

I had a less than ideal experience the first time I came in for service. When I returned a second time a few days later, our new service advisor Cory was outstanding. He was personable, friendly, and above all he was honest about what my vehicle actually needed rather than just trying to make a buck. I was very impressed with him!

Purchase a new vehicle, my salesman and his manager was awesome, great customer service, service beyond expectations..they are patient, considerate,professional and well aware. I couldn't say No.

Austin, the service advisor, went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was taken care of and that I was informed every step of the way. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Additionally, Frank, the shuttle driver, made the ride to and from the dealership a pleasant experience with his personable and friendly attitude. Both made my visit a breeze, and I highly recommend their services!
