I'm very impressed with the operation at Kirberg. I called to get some diagnostic help for a repair and everyone I talked to (Lindsey, Richard, Brian) were immediately so helpful and straightforward, I had no question of their trustworthiness. I ended up taking the car in for diagnostics and given the work required they offered a very fair quote for the repair. When I picked up the car, I was able to talk to Brian for a bit and pick his brain, he's definitely very knowledgeable about Porsches and seems to really love what he does (everyone at the shop does too). Overall even though I hope to not have to go back to a shop anytime soon, I would not hesitate to come back to Kirberg for anything my car needs.

He was thorough, made sure everything was in good shape, and took the time to answer all my questions about oil maintenance. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. The place I go for all my auto problems is Kirberg Motors. They address everything from routine service to larger repairs with precision. The team is very knowledgeable and keeps you updated all the way through, so you know what is happening at every stage. After their service, my car always runs awesome. I have faith in them 100% and I would not go anywhere else!

Very expensive, not nice and quite rude. Took my car one year ago over there. They took it for a full day just to tell me that my AC was not fixable. But they still wanted to charge me just to tell me they couldn't fix it. At the end, reluctantly, they didn't charge it, but they still charged (very handsomely) the oil and filter change. To make it worse, I took it today to another mechanic close by and they fixed the AC by just adding the missing fluid.

I’ve been a loyal customer of the Kirberg Motor “family” for 24 years and with a succession of cars. I had no doubts when my car recently conked out in Sausalito (minor electrical) that I would have it towed all the way back to San Carlos. We’re lucky to have a car repair business like Kirberg’s to count on for great work, reasonable prices and ethical business standards.
