Kirkland Transmission

Tony and his crew are always top notch. Great communication, very fair pricing, and quality work. I wish I would have found them years ago to get the work done right the first time, rather than having their team fix what I or another shop screwed up.

So this is a review just after I got the car will update if anything changes. Took my preformance car here after multiple and I mean multiple pretty much every one of the other high end preformance shops recommended this place to avoid paying preformance shops prices. They were right this shop had a pretty good labor rate and good end price over all. However subtracting a star becuase of 2 reasons. 1 they kept my car for a little while and didint tell me when I brought it in that they had quite a few other projects going on so I had to wait like a week and a half to get it. 2. The owner I believe tony is not a customer service type of guy especially someone new to this he gets annoyed quick is confused when you dont know how dropping off a car to a shop especially one like this works and d

I was recommended this shop by my tow truck driver and after looking at reviews had my car dropped off Saturday. Tony was awesome and already got a chance to look at my car by the time I called Monday. It ended up needing a lot of work to be road worthy again so I decided to sell it to a junk car buyer. Tony was very nice when he could have given me a lot harder of a time and I really appreciate his kindness.

I brought my work van to Kirkland Transmission after hearing good things about their reputation. On my Uber ride back to the office, even the driver mentioned they were known around town for being super trustworthy - it's always reassuring when you hear that kind of unsolicited feedback. Tony and his team diagnosed and serviced my transmission the same day, which was crucial since it's a work vehicle. They were clear about what needed to be done, didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services, and got me back on the road quickly. I will definitely be bringing all our company vehicles to Kirkland Transmission. It's so nice to find a shop you can trust. I highly recommend Tony and his team!
