KKP Auto Service

A family owned business. They seemed fair, reasonable and honest. Prices were reasonable and timely with repairs. They literally saved my life. Because another person messed up prior to them probably repairing my vehicle. I'm only going to them from now on. Unless they're unavailable then I'm skeptical about the next mechanic.

I would not take my vehicles anywhere else the most friendliest customer service I’ve ever experienced at an automotive shop. They also do great work.

1st time and last time because after 8 days of having the vehicle in your shop, anyone would expect things to be done CORRECTLY. Hundred of dollars for a service that wasn't rendered. Car put us down in traffic multiple times where several cars almost hit us because it wouldn't stay cranked. Visible duct tape on hoses that wasn't there before. So NOT fair!!

Service and price started out okay. They fixed my muffler at a decent price and did a decent job. I decided to go back and get some tires from them. That was a mistake. They damaged my TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System). I was told that the unit was damaged prior to them working on my tires. Not true, they damaged the unit but the other three units were still working. I purchased a new TPMS unit and had KKP install the new unit and now all four units are not working properly. In addition, my tires are not balanced and they claim that checked them a second time. Totally frustrated with the service received and I WILL RECOMMEND KKP FOR ANYTHING!!!!!

Prompt, friendly service. Did not try to sell me something I did not need.
