Long post, but after all the BS I went through I figure I can help someone else avoid Kolar GMC. I needed to get a recall done on my truck, and I also needed new tires. So I called Kolar GMC. The service advisor was nice, and helped me get an appt. At the time they were 4 weeks out on services, so I opted to schedule the day I called, to get in ASAP. 7:30 AM. Day of service comes, and I drop the truck off at 7:00AM. I get a text from the advisor a few hours later, asking when I would be picking the truck up. I thought it was a weird question. What do you mean when can I pick it up? I will pick it up when you're done working on it? Either way I said I got off work at 4:00PM and would pick it up then. That afternoon at 3:15PM I get a text saying their tire machine broke, and they couldn't

Bought two vehicles at once. Both came with unresolved issues. Service department is absolute trash when it comes to communication. Of the 30 weeks I've owned my vehicle, it's been in my possession for 15 of those weeks. This last round, Kolar had my vehicle for three weeks, and not once did they ever call me. My husband had to reach out every single time. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. (I had a much longer, detailed review written, but it won't fit here.) Kolar, save your auto-generated response about reaching out to you, as we have already tried that numerous times.

Bought a car not even 2 years ago interest was high due to my credit but sales said within 6 months can refinance went to local bank denied due to value of car they sold me a car for 16,000 so 19,000 after everything so im down to owning 16 now at almost 2 years go back to kolar same sales guy says nope cant refinance because car is only worth 6000$ the same guy that reassured me that I can refinance Then cant trade it in unless I want a 1000$ month payment because car isn't worth crap I feel totally screwed well actually iam!!! Will never go there again not ti mention all the problems ive had with car that started 6 months after purchase (rear main seal first to go) people check blue book value before purchasing because u can and will get screwed

Great place to purchase a new vehicle. Amazing customer service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Huge shout out to Nick Huffman for helping me get into a nice and affordable new truck! Can't wait for the adventures this ride takes me on.
