Called to schedule a repair, left it overnight in case they had a cancellation, fixed before noon next day. Way above any expectation! Also helped my wife with a tire issue on the spot last winter. Very helpful and fair.

Melansons was a great auto shop, until the new owners took over. Very rude customer service by Richard up front. Brought my daughters car in for a new starter, it sat for 4 days with no communication on the car. Then after it was fixed, she drove a mile down the road and there was no acceleration. When talking to Richard, he didn’t care about the fact it was just fixed and something different just broke minutes after leaving the lot. All he could say was they can look at in a few days. Very very poor customer service skills and instead of caring for the customer they care about taking all the cash they can from you. Do not, do not, go to Melansons they are crooks

Took my car into the shop to get a new starter, i waited 4 days with no communication and then paid $430 to get the car, it wouldn’t accelerate when i tried to pull out of the lot and was making a weird noise so i turned around and went back in thinking maybe it was just a small fix or something got bumped when they were trying to fix it, since i just paid $430 i went back inside and told Richard up front what happened, he was not understanding at all and was quite condescending to me lmao even saying slowly “okay, so your car was brought here by the tow truck and was parked right there in that spot where u are now just the other way around” like I was stupid or something? idk i haven’t had anyone at a car shop talk to me like that lol. anyways i explained the situation again and he just s

We were traveling & had a flat tire. They got us back on the road. Very clean shop. Knowledge tech. Quick & efficient. They were awesome. Thank you.

Had me buy a $700 part I didn’t end up needing because they told me that was the problem and I picked my car up then broke down again the same night instead I needed a $500 part. they didn’t look at my car well enough the first time I came in. Also had a flat after I left their shop. Will say they got my car done pretty fast thankfully after they got the part and they installed it correctly (for the most part) good thing I had $1200 to fix it. We’re not very helpful when I confronted them either.
