We had a great experience with Tyler at Korn’s Autoplex! We drove almost two hours to look at a car for our daughter, and Tyler was easy to work with from start to finish. He was honest, straightforward, and didn’t pressure us at all. The car was exactly as described, the process was smooth, and we were able to get a fair deal. We really appreciated the professionalism and how simple he made everything. From now on, I’ll buy my used vehicles only at Korn’s! Amazing service! Tyler was awesome. Friendly. No pressure. No “what’s your budget” questions and no “if u buy today, I can give u a discount” closes. He let me take as long as I wanted test driving multiple models. I picked one, and got it for my daughter. It had 2 minor issues a couple days after the sale, one that was a little tricky to diagnose. They could have told me to jump in the lake cuz it was an “as is” sale. But instead, Kyle worked diligently to solve the issues, and they didn’t charge me. That’s just first class in my book. I spent my whole life in customer service, and that’s what u do… do more than is expected… go the extra mile. I can’t thank them enough.

I called Tyler based on a family recommendation and from the very start when I got ahold of him, he was extremely responsive and professional. Even though I told him I thought my wife’s car needed a new motor, he wanted to get hands on it and make sure in case they could repair and save us some money. Long story short, new motor was needed but Tyler and his Team made the process quick and easy. No pressure, just honest and quick work. Refreshing customer service experience that differed quite a bit from the other shops I called around to. Will definitely be a return customer when the time comes.

The dealership itself is very clean, and most of the staff appears professional. I contacted Tyler the day before about a vehicle and came in the following day to see it in person. I explained that I was very interested but wanted to have a mechanic inspect the vehicle before purchasing. I even offered to place a deposit to hold the car. Tyler told me there was no need for a deposit, mentioning that deposits were non-refundable, and said he was fine with the vehicle being inspected prior to purchase. I scheduled an appointment with a mechanic and called Tyler to let him know what time I would be coming to pick up the vehicle the next day. Later, I happened to see on Facebook that the vehicle had been sold. I texted Tyler, and he explained that someone came in with cash and purchased it.

Very awesome people to deal with! I work til 4:30 and they were willing and worked with me the whole time to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted, gave me an awesome deal! If I ever need a vehicle in the future I’ll definitely reach out to them first!!!! Highly recommend!!!
