Very accurate name for a business because Kristian cares. Very reasonable prices, fast response times, and great customer service. Am recommending him to all my friends and coworkers.

Kristian saved my bacon. a little over 2 weeks after taking my car into a shop for a check engine light, the light came back on a saturday when everyone else was closed. I had to drive across the state the next day, and was freaking out a bit. I called Kristian and he was able to get me in for a diagnostic that same day. He also let me know that the previous shop hadn't replaced the pump they charged me for. Kristian actually made that repair and charged me less than the original shop did. Currently he's the only mechanic in Pullman that I trust

He was very quick and easy to talk to. My car had broken down out of nowhere and it was right in the middle of my finals week, I had called him a frantic hurry because I wanted to drive home to the west side a short week after. He picked up willing and helped out very quickly. He told me all my problems and gave me a whole quote. Someone in my family is a mechanic but he was 5 hours away and my quote came out to be quite excessive, reasonable price, but still I had a lot of problems with the car. I asked him if I could have the diagnostic sheet with the parts and all that he had found wrong and he still hasn’t responded. I rightfully paid 80 for a diagnostic test and him withholding that is very crazy. I’ve messaged him for a week or so now and still no response. He was a great man I just
