We have had five star customer service at Kunes RV of Sheboygan South. We purchased our first RV this week! Ron, Tamara, Andy, Ben, Joe, Tom, and Jackson were welcoming and knowledgeable! Everyone in the office was kind, patient, and helpful. We will be recommending this RV dealership! They answered all the questions we had before we left and when we reached out several days later with a few more questions, we received a reply in minutes. What a great experience! We recently worked with Jerod. And we will be recommending him to everybody who asks us where we got our camper from! He made the process easy and actually listened to us. He was able to explain the process in a way that first time camper buyers could understand, and not feel overwhelmed. From start to finish we never felt pressured, annoyed, or frustrated. I used to work with salesmen, so my tolerance for a pushy salesman is LOW. I never felt like I needed an escape plan from our conversations, which is a huge tell-tale for me. We could not be happier with our purchase and will only be going through Jerod and Kunes in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated our experience and everyone at Kunes. Our sales person Jerod Denning was very helpful in understanding our needs and did a great job finding and showing several RVs that met our financial and usage situation. In fact we fell in love with the second RV we were shown and the rest is history! On top of that, scheduled appointments had to be rescheduled in order for us to beat a major snowstorm to get the RV in place on our rural property!
