Edit*** I’m having an heck of a time getting my license plates and have been pulled over and told I will be ticketed and continue to be pulled over til I get them and the dealership has been zero help. They claim they’ll pay any ticket but I’d rather the problem be resolved before that. I’ve paid all the licensing fees and can do nothing else on my end. Hopefully whoever else buys a vehicle is either aware this will happen or figure something else out cuz this is a pain in the ass…. Everyone there was extremely nice and greeted us the moment we walked in! Jordan was our salesman and obviously did his job! It was a very cold Saturday and he humored me by letting me drive 3 different vehicles even though he knew which one I was buying. I hated doing it but I made them stay late and not one

Dave was patient and responsive with us as we looked. We had totaled our previous vehicle and had a lot of things going on while making the decision to buy a new truck. We ended up purchasing on Christmas Eve and Dave and the business manager were organized and efficient through the process.

The body shop manager and repair team provided excellent workmanship and customer service. John went above and beyond to get my car fixed properly. I have been a customer for years at the Hastings location. I'm always treated well and given the best service. I know they will do things properly, make service transactions easy, and protect my best interests. Thank you for always doing excellent work for me.

Great overall experience. They had the vehicle I was interested in ready when I got there. They valued my trade quickly and fairly and we came to a quick negotiated price. I appreciate the transparency and straightforward transaction.

Take your business elsewhere, do yourself a favor. Bought a truck here first day engine light went on . Was working 12hr nights, didn't have time to bring it back. The problem was the DPF filter on a diesel truck, which don't go bad overnight. So they must have known about it when they sold it to me. I called and left messages with front desk for help and got no response for months. Then they sent me an email offering a oil change and service, so i replied that i would not let them work on my skateboard if i had one. They called back a week later and i told the guy on the phone what happened and he acted like he knew nothing, i told him i think his dealership is nothing but a bunch of dirt bags. He siad he didn't want to listen to my complaints and hung up on me. Thats where we stand. No r
