The worst place you can take your car. Do not take your car to this place, even if your insurance recommends it. They supposedly received the parts for my car in January and it wasn't completed until May. They let me see the car 3 times and it was still in the same condition, and when I complained to them and the insurance they didn't let me see the car anymore. Many lies on their part, when you call they tell you that the car will be ready in a week and when you go to pick it up they haven't even touched it. Once the car was finished, the repairs were of very poor quality, broken plastics, things not fixed, things that had to be put in new and they reused the old ones, when I managed to get my car out of there it still had broken glass from the accident inside. DO NOT USE THEIS SHOP!!! Even if your insurance company sends you here do not use the shop. They would charge your company for things that they do not do. I had front end damage done to my car during an accident they did not bother to put clips in 85% of the places that needed them. As I left the shop they didn’t even put coolant in my car after they replace the coolant system my car had to be towed back within an hour. They admitted that Safelite glass had damaged my paint, however they found a way not to pay me. I had minor front damage to my car it took them six weeks to do that repair. They are shady, they work with the insurance company and they don’t care about you. If you need any parts replaced on your car, According to them “ most clips do not need to be put on cars to put parts

I recently brought my FIAT 500L to L & B Collision after a rear-end collision, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was in a car accident with my car and I had no idea what to do. I went in to see Bill and he tried his best to keep the car from being totaled. Unfortunately the insurance company ended up totaling my car. I didn't know what I had to do next but bill helped me so the insurance company didn't screw me over.
