This review is intended to formally document an unresolved and serious issue involving the loss of personal property and inconsistent communication from management. After renting a vehicle from this company, the car was towed while still containing our personal belongings, including high-value electronics. We acknowledge that the vehicle was messy due to family use; however, we did not abandon the vehicle and fully intended to clean it. The condition of a car does not eliminate a rental company’s responsibility to exercise reasonable care over a customer’s personal property or to provide an opportunity for retrieval. bryan (brian??? idk how it’s spelled) BUT!!! he made my first experience renting a u-haul easy and extremely pleasant. i might’ve not read the sign on how to open the door (use the knob lol) but he didn’t judge me, such a welcoming face and energy overall. he also helped me figure out the mobile check in/check out process. i will be going back when i need to rent a u-haul again.

They may make it a little more convenient to rent a vehicle, but steer clear of this rental company. After renting a vehicle from them for 4 weeks and 5 days for over 3k, they kept my whole $200 deposit. I can see tolls, but a late fee when I literally returned the car at 4:01pm. Also charged me to vacuum out the vehicle when I received it, it needed vacuum and I put that on the rental agreement. I'll never rent from them again and I would also advise no one else to rent there either. Horrible business!!!
