Lafayette Cadillac Parts Department

I brought my 2020 Cadillac CT5 in on May 9th for a recall and an oil change and tire rotation, that was OK. When they came to get me the advisor Brandon told me that they found an oil leak coming from the camshaft cover and that he ordered the parts and will contact me when they come in, he also told me everything is under warranty. I thanked Brandon for the heads-up. This was on the work order/receipt. On May 23rd I contacted the dealership to find out when or if the parts have come in., they said they had no record of ordering the parts and that Brandon was not available. On May 27th I called and talked with Brandon the advisor and he said he did order the parts, and they have not come in yet and he would contact me when they arrive. On June 10th I left a message for Brandon at 12:45 pm
