Helped me get into an awesome mini Cooper, worked with me on payments and offered to help fix anything that may go wrong with it, for a good price while I'm paying it off. Update to 1 star. They sold me a John Cooper works mini cooper, at least that's what it was advertised as, while I'm getting over 3 grand in repairs done to it, they (the repair company) told me it was only the Cooper S model. Lake erie motors even had a sticker of John Cooper works on the back of the car and sold it priced accordingly. and now that I'm paying 3k+ in repairs 8 months after I bought the car, the place I'm getting fixed told me ITS NOT EVEN THE MODEL OF MINI COOPER THEY SAID IT WAS. I just bought my 2012 Hyundai Veracruz here on Saturday. Jen was fantastic! When we told her what we were interested in she gave her own double thumbs up on that vehicle, and I have to say that I totally agree! I purchased my motorcycle here last year and I absolutely love it. Was a great experience and the owner was very friendly. Who knew that purchasing a vehicle would turn out to be an employment opportunity. I would buy another vehicle here no problem. Hoping he will find my next motorcycle!! 😁

So, I'll start by giving Lake Erie Motors a 5 star. If there were 10 stars, I'd definitely give them a 10...Then I'll tell you how this came to be.....It is owned by a gentleman by the name of Bozz who really cares about his customers over and above and his 2 unbelievable saleswoman, no, correction, they are more than saleswoman, Jen and Angie. They were passionate about pleasing the customer. No matter what questions or request I asked of them, they responded to me immediately. I was impressed. Been waiting over a month for the title. Come to find out the vehicle needs 2 timing chains (which was never disclosed) when we saw a check engine light come on not even 3 days after we took it off the lot. Would not recommend. Save your money and go to someplace that is reputable.
