This is the second time we’ve brought a vehicle here, and they’ve officially earned a lifelong customer. They worked absolute magic on my poor Acura after it got roasted by fireworks — like, Fourth of July meets car barbecue. The paint match? Spot on. You’d never know it had a firework mishap unless I told you (which I probably will, dramatically, forever). But the real MVP moment? When I dropped it off, the dash looked like Times Square on New Year’s Eve thanks to a faulty gas cap. When I picked it up? No lights. Just peace, quiet, and a car that doesn’t scream “I have issues.” And as if that wasn’t enough, they even polished out a bunch of random marks on my car that had nothing to do with the firework damage. Horrible service, horrible repairs. Do not let your insurance company take your vehicle here. Robert uses his employees as shields, dodges calls and will flat out lie to you if you are able to actually speak with him. They had our van for over a month. They blamed the long wait on replacement parts. Once the vehicle was finished, or at least they said it was, the end result was horrible. Wavy paint, improperly fitting and misaligned bumper and we were informed that the engine has a water leak that was not repaired because "we dont do mechanical work unless it's something very small that the owner of the business can do.". They did admit to subcontracting out the electrical work but I guess the mechanical work was just forgotten about? Overall a very bad experience with Lakewood Auto Body.

After my car 🚗 got broken into and almost stolen I had to file a claim and it just so happened to be over a weekend (Saturday) I had nowhere else to tow my car and I was able to find Lakewood auto body shop, I’m very familiar on how car repair and insurance work together so I knew my car would be gone for a few weeks in the shop just because it takes time to order parts and then also having them Work on it. My car looks really shiny and it looks almost brand new from when I got it because these guys Redid the paint job, I love my car 🚗 And I am grateful that these guys could take my car in at such a short notice while I was out of town , It was unfortunate that my car had vandalism happen to it right before I had to leave Town but I did check in a couple times while I was out of town and t

Horrible service and even worse management. If you go here I recommend you take pictures of your vehicle when you drop off your car to get serviced. First off, Tanya and Shaun were very helpful and professional. Robert the estimater I know somewhere down inside he has a heart. Anywho I dropped my car off today get fixed, gieco quoted them 7 days to fix, they ended up having my car for almost 2 months. I finally pick up my car and no one walks me out telling me what was fixed or to assure me my vehicle was fine. I just left. Days later I notice my some dents and scratches on my car that weren’t there before. I call and they tell me to come, they look and tell me the damage was there when I dropped it off. A lie. I took my 1997 Ford F-250 to them because it had a big dent on the left side after a lady with a long trailer made a tight turn and hit the side of the pickup and didn’t report it and the military police didn’t care either. My GEICO insurance was going to cover the damage but when I took it here I was told they had to order the whole left side of the pickup. About 4 months later I called them to ask if they got the side in yet. That’s when I was told that they couldn’t get the part (the whole side), because the truck was too old. He could have called and told me that sooner. Another body shop used something to pull the side out and repair it. I guess Lakewood auto body doesn’t know how to do that. I don’t recommend this place at all.
