I enjoy superb service at Lancaster Hyundai from beginning to end! It's hard to believe that a dealership has achieved such excellence. Remember the days when car dealerships were low on the totem pole of customer satisfaction? Every employee at this site is professional, courteous and accommodating with attentive mechanics who do their jobs well. I appreciate communications informing me of the project status since I wait for my car rather than dropping it off for inspections and service. As a sidebar, my 2024 Elantra SEL is a winner -- good looking, satisfying, trustworthy and seemingly flawless. A final word: Believe this review. It's based on long, broad and deep experience.

Best Hyundai service center in central PA! Everyone is so friendly, they are always very accommodating and have loaners available if needed. From the service desk to the cashier, everyone is so kind and truly cares about providing outstanding customer service and repairs. Thank you!

Free regular service is great when it’s performed properly. Unfortunately, the oil filter wasn’t tightened on my 2022 Tucson, and after driving 30 miles, nearly a quart of oil was lost before I noticed and had the vehicle towed back. I’d give the benefit of the doubt, but the service representative also dismissed my concern about the engine coolant reservoir below the minimum level. I was told that even if the reservoir is completely empty, this is a sealed system and it won’t hurt anything. That’s an outright lie, and no one likes being lied to. I’m done. I’d give them one star, but purchasing the vehicle was a decent experience.

Pathetic service. Have taken my fiancé’s car here twice for routine scheduled service as it is the closest dealership to us. Both times after picking the car up, the car has stopped working on the 10 minute drive home. Have had to pull over and get the car towed back to the dealership. Would not get your car serviced here.

My daughter bought a new Elantra in 2021 and has only 28,000 mile on it as of now. We brought it in for inspection and oil change which where supposed to be free, inspection for life and oil for 3 yrs. I checked when I made appointment and was told yes they are covered. Dropped car of and asked again and this time oil change is not covered because she has had car 3 yrs and seven months even though this is its 3 inspection . I told them what I was told and they said they would tell the manager who could look up the phone call as they are recorded and if I was told that they woul honor it. Got call that it was done d I asked about oil change and was told it was with the manger. Hit call back and manager said since it is over 3 yrs even though it was bought in 2021 they would not do it.
