I was totally satisfied with my experience. I was seem as soon as I arrived. It was raining and they guys were very friendly a day helpful. I just moved to the area and will definitely see them for my auto needs. Keep up the great work fellas!!!!

They forgot to put oil cover back on after my oil change. Came off while I was driving and was scraping ground. I went back to them. The manager never apologized. Blamed one of the workers and said he’s about to get fired. Manager seemed upset with me because they messed up. I asked to speak with owner and manager lied about him being gone for the day. Owner showed up a few minutes later and wasn’t helpful either. They are rude and lack basic customer service skills. They didn’t care that they messed up and a piece of my car was hanging off and oil was everywhere. They blamed the wind on this windless day. I am empathetic and understand mistakes happen but take accountability. Apologize. Make it right. I was inconvenienced not you. Will NEVER go back there.

Left my car when I went to pick it up my brand new battery charger was stolen out my car. I was told someone popped my lock. I know it was someone that works there. So Mike actually wanted me to believe that someone popped my lock only stole my battery charger, didn't steal anything else and locked my car back. I just can't believe he actually told me that.he also said his employees don't steal. if you go there do not leave anything of value in your car.
