If I could give a review with no stars, I would. Different brand names wouldn’t make my steering wheel slanted, having 3 used and 1 new tire could but that wasn’t an answer the licensed mechanic said. My tire pressure gages are placed incorrectly and I have had to go to a different mechanic to fix problems that were caused at this mechanics shop.

I received excellent customer service at this place. So happy I was able to get a front end alignment before heading back to Nebraska.

We had a great experience at LeBlanc's that made a "ugh this is a drag of a situation" to "no big deal". While on vacation in a rental car we stopped in Hanibal near their shop to sight see and noticed a screw in the rear tire of our car and could hear air leaking. We pulled into LeBlanc's and Louis came out and provided outstanding service with a replacement tire (it was unrepairable) and even speaking to the rental agency to ensure we would be reimbursed which we were! We were back on the road in less than an hour. Both Louis and his wife could not have been nicer - so thank you again for your help!

Excellent experience with Leblanc's. If you're not sure where to go, go here. The people are honest, kind, and work to take care of you. The prices were reasonable, and I felt like my safety was prioritized. Plus, other places wanted me to split my issue between two different shops, but with Leblanc's it was one and done.

Could use a receptionist but a nice group none the less Update- I planned to come back to support local but I guess I've been uninvited. Gave 4 stars due to seeming pretty unorganized on the front end. Now updated to 3 stars due to the unprofessional response. 1 star per owners request. Maybe work on your interpersonal skills.
