Looking for a car repair service with honesty, integrity and fair prices? Took my car in for service. They ran a scan and found that the problem was an issue that could be addressed by the dealership under an extended warranty. Total Auto Care advised me I could take it to the dealership rather than leaving it with them and charging $1000+ repair bill. I love it that they were honest enough to let me know about the warranty repair that was available from the dealership for free. I have been taking my cars to Total Auto Care since the 1980's and they've always treated me right.

Randy was able to get me in for a quick, thorough vehicle inspection before the holiday. He and the team were friendly and honest about the inspection recommendations and didn’t force their recommendations upon me when it came to corrective actions. I was able to make informed decisions and left without feeling pressured one way or another! Highly recommend, will use them again in the future!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lee’s Summit Total Auto Care I heard a squeaky noise whenever I backed out of my driveway and took my car to Lee’s Summit Total Auto Care. The team there was great. They were friendly, patient, and really helpful for someone like me who isn’t a car expert. They walked me through what they were checking and gave honest feedback with genuine concern. I appreciated the way they treated me, and I’ll definitely be returning.

I’m new to Lee’s Summit. I have a Mercedes with a going flat tire. I need to drive six hours tomorrow. Last night I called two other European car specialists with the same message: “Whoever calls me first will have a customer for life.” The only one who called was Randy. As a business owner of 45 years, I was shocked that nobody else wanted my business. I prefer to have a relationship with a family owned business and to have the owner present was even better. They diagnosed the flat, installed two new tires (starting at 5:00 p.m) and had me out of the place in a short time. I will be back next week for diagnostics. Randy is phenomenal. In today’s world you find companies run away from quality customer service, and Randy greeted me with a handshake and took care of me with safety at top of mind. Got me the tire I needed at the lowest price I could find, and highest quality. Thank you again Randy!
