Legacy Pointe at UCF

My family member was admitted their for rehabilitation. This is one facility which agency still worked/works in the building. The DON was Cindy and ADON was Sierra both were Wonderful and truly care about the residents, their families and listened to staff which I witnessed on many occasions. The only downfall was agency there was a nurse named Nikki who was very rude and acted like she was the CEO of the building. She cursed at staff and did not care who heard it. I witnessed her on many occasions smile in the nurse/CNAs faces and roll her eyes and say something ill-will about her the second she walked away. I visit a client here. And I have to say this is the place to call home. Place is spotless staff are absolutely Brilliant the best service I have seen in a very long time long time. They go out of there way to assist. To the point if someone is vacuuming they stop until you walk by. Every detail is covered. Congratulations on a Job well done

First time to get a facial and I must say that Elizabeth was amazing. Gentle and would tell me what she was putting on my skin. The place is relaxing, clean and had a very soothing scent. Warm greetings when I walked in. Made me feel relaxed. Will definitely book again with her... love that they have couple beds as well. Room was so adorable.
