I also spoke to Fred Armstrong, who is the most personable person I’ve ever met, and lived chatting with him. I spoke with and worked with the sales Mgr., Tyler and he was funny and helpful and not at all pushy. Finally, I had the pleasure of a brief meeting with Johnny and he too, was so helpful and kind. As an automotive service business in Columbus, we have not had the greatest experiences with anything owned by P4 Automotive Group (Chevrolet of Columbus). We have actually found someone that is willing to work (from out-of-town) that still has that special touch. All I can say is, find and support one of the few remaining FAMILY OWNED CHEVROLET DEALERSHIPS IN AMERICA!! They’re closer than you think.
