This time, I bought two new front tires for winter and explicitly requested the rear tires (under warranty) be balanced or at least checked due to a known rim issue causing vibration.I repeated my request three times at the service desk — to the same employee who was both counter staff and technician. I watched from inside and outside (and got attitude for it). He even came to check on me mid-service, then mounted the tires without balancing.When I asked if the rear tires had been balanced, he (still wearing both hats) said: “The weights are still in place.” That’s completely irrelevant — aft

Had a low tire and they were able to find the issue and immediately fix it. Very fast and professional. Ethan was extremely helpful.

Kevin took great care to locate the slow leak in my tire. A small sharp rock created the hole. He took the time to patch the hole and cheerfully sent me on my way!

Got there at 4 o'clock in the morning I needed the tire to be fixed. I had to get a new one. They gave me a fair cost for the new one. They even started early before actual open time. There were 5 people already in line. I was there about 40 min. Friendly staff and a large store comparatively. They have 10 rows of tires compared to five in others and more bays. A play area for kids, respect for elderly, even gave me a smile and Im not that old.

They are always there when you need them, great products & service!! They came to my flat tire rescue! Thank you, Eric!!
