The customer service here is awesome! I had to exchange a headlight that was defective and they were so helpful in getting me taken care of. It's not always easy to find a business that is genuinely striving to take care of the customer like they do and I truly appreciate the great service I received. Thank you O'Reilly's

Mickey is awesome to help me get the parts that I need for my car. He does an amazing job when asked for parts to be ordered cause he doesn't have it there at the store, I ask for a phone call when they come in and he does it. But when he's not working and Julie is and my parts do come in and there a message stating about parts to call me she doesn't do it. Julie gives parts to my brother but don't bother of looking at the receipts posted on the clipboard that has hand written consent on it. When asked about calling she is very rude, inconsiderate and not very compassionate towards customers. When she was answering phone calls and talking to me very very rude and said she didn't see the not cause she wasn't going to the clipboard to look for messages or note , and she says rudely she was

The absolute kindest folks work at the Camas O’Reilly. They helped me change a head lamp bulb on my car and seriously improved the last few hundred miles of this drive.

My elderly dad and I went here to find an AC part for his van. The gentleman with long gray hair and beard to match was extraordinary! He said the part is no longer available, but he went out of his way to figure out how to make one! He also kept up with other tasks and answering phones. Super friendly. He made our visit top-notch! Thank you!

This location is fantastic. Ive been in multiple times, and each time have had fantastic customer service. Most recently, they happily replaced my battery with me without complaint, even though it was 95⁰ out.
