We purchase our Subaru Solterra on Nov 29, 2025 with 10,322 miles. The transaction when smooth, the people were friendly, and they made special hours to accommodate our schedule. It has gone down hill from there. On Jan 27, 2026 we took the car in for two recalls, that were not disclosed at the time of purchase. A week after getting the car back from the recall work, I get a text from the service tech to verify the vehicle odometer. At this time it was showing 12,170 miles. Corporate Subaru was rejecting paying for the recall work due to a mileage inconsistency. The car had been in for a recall at 31,422 April 3, 2025. THEY COMMIT FRAUD! If you have purchased a car here and also purchased the auto insurance policy. You need to check to make sure they actually paid for your policy. I found out over a year later when I needed to use my policy that they in fact did not pay for it. I contacted the company they said it was through and they confirmed that they did not pay them therefor it was canceled and that I am entitled to a refund. They committed fraud and theft and are refusing to refund me. Horrible people. ***responding to your response. You bought the company, you bought the problems and it is on you to make it right.
