The good thing is that it was close to where I live. The bad part is that they charge A LOT. Also, Julio didn’t manage my case very well. They were going to keep my truck for two nights even though I told them I needed it to pick up my son from the airport. Apparently the mechanic’s lunch break comes first. Luckily the mechanic was nice and did his best for me. I definitely over paid though.

My truck would not start. I jumped it, got it going, called Top Performance (where I have been servicing my Tacoma for a long time) and spoke with Julio. He was super helpful and told me to bring it in. I parked in the lot and it died again. Julio got me in that day and replaced my battery. Appreciate the fast and friendly service (even without an appointment).

They were efficient, diagnosed and repaired some issues. However, the issue still persists and they did not hesitate to prey on an unsavy customer. Moderate to high pricing. Staff may be good, management is probably unethical in their procedures. Will no longer conduct business here. 1. Had an electrical tail light issue and other brake fluid issues that were $180 to diagnose then they discounted 50% of diagnostic cost after repair. So if the solution was simple it would have been $90 at most. The brake issue was partially fixed, issue still appears every once in a while. The tail light issue was not addressed when it was first taken in, nor was it logged in their system. Had they actually diagnosed it like they said they did then it would have been $90 to fix according to their system.

Honestly pretty disappointing quality and customer service. Took my Mazda in August for new front breaks. Within a few weeks started to notice a shimmy when braking at freeway speeds. Finally had time to take it back December. Dropped the car 7:30 am. Heard nothing from them. Finally I call at 3:30 to be told you have warped rotors, will cost you $300+ to replace and no we don’t have time today to do it. Would need to do them tomorrow. When I asked why you would have warped rotors three months after a break job I got some story that they are too thin and when asked why I didn’t get a call in the first seven hours that they had the call I got the we were really busy today story. It’s pretty obvious that you forgot to call. Now I will have to take another day off work so I c

Top Performance is like family to us, because of the way they care of our beloved Yappy (our Mini Cooper) - She's important to us and Top Performance treated her as important. Eric and all took great care of us the whole time she was in care there.
