Went in for an alignment. Said it was so rusted they couldn't adjust it. Here's a pic. I see no penetrating lube stains, no signs of wrenches applied. Told us that they can fix it all for around $500. Dude no. If you can't be a mechanic, a real mechanic, please don't work in a mechanic applied field. I will be replacing these on my own for less than the alignment, and go somewhere else. Update: 3 star bc 1 and 5 make 3 in average. Carlos reached out to us. We explained everything, and about a missing lug nut, that I had found after replacing my tie rod assemblys. I called the shop and had the lug nut replacement with 2 different styles, 19mm not 21mm. Had an alignment and tire rotation done at this shop. Very knowledgeable mechanics that are honest. I had a worn tie rod adjuster and they let me know before they started on the alignment. I opted to swap it myself and they got me back in same day. As an aircraft mechanic myself they have the type of attention to detail that I would expect from my guys and they will be getting my business again in the future.

The service here is outstanding. There aim isn't a big one time payout. There aim is to take care of you for what you need no more no less. The service will make you want to come back for anything they can take care of. So there goal is to provide you with continues service. That's there payout. It's a win/win for both them and the customers!

I like to stay loyal to the people who service my car but I wanted to venture out and try somewhere new for an oil change. I called in advance to get a quote and when the service was done, I paid more than expected. I gave them a call when Carlos told me to pop back in for a partial refund. He went above and beyond giving me more money back than expected, along with a coupon for next times visit. Very nice and apologetic reassuring me that they always want their customers to have a good experience. I didn’t want to be a pain and I was very happy with the end result. Very impressed with how things were handled and can say I will be back!

These guys fixed my tire multiple times with no charge, so when I bought a new car and it came time to get an oil change I booked with them to support the business! Great leadership great staff 100% will be back for tires and maintenance!
