Les Schwab Tire Center

I’ve been a Les Schwab client for many years and appreciate their customer service, care, communication, and experience. It’s easy to schedule an appointment online. They are timely in greeting you and addressing your needs. They have comfortable seating, coffee, popcorn, and a TV for waiting on site while your car is serviced. They have a vast amount of options for your tire and additional car needs. I feel like they are informative in their consultations and sales meetings. I recommend this location and Les Schwab as a whole.

Les Schwab use to be a great place with good prices and excellent customer service. All of that has gone and their prices are thru the roof high. My recent experience there was a nightmare and it would take forever to explain it all. I just got totally ripped off and I hope I will never have to return there again.

Absolute worst location ever, when i pulled up for tire pressure I sat there for several minutes before i was even acknowledged. When they finally did the guy acted like he didn't want to even air up my tires because he told me i needed new tires. I went to jiffy lube for a tire quote afterwards and they told me I didn't need new tires yet. I am glad they are at least honest to their customers. I will never return to les schwab for anything ever again.

I want to commend all the employees at Les Schwab, I had a wonderful experience recently! I brought my car in for a pre- trip check and it was discovered I needed new shocks, struts and rear breaks. It was explained to me this might be an all day appointment. The communication was excellent. The day of my appointment I brought my car in and it was reiterated that this might be a full day appointment, which I appreciated. Shortly after 4 o'clock, I was contacted by Justin, who let me know my car was finished and he would go over everything with me when I picked it up. He was apologetic about the length of time it took to finish my car but I explained due to the clear communication upfront, I understood it would be a majority of the day appointment. Once again this store has given me genuine great customer service. Michelle tried very hard to locate a specialty tire for my VW Rialta RV. Unfortunately, they are only sold at a local discount store. Without hesitation, I purchased the needed tires and set up the appointment with Les Schwabs as I trust them with my vehicles including RV’s and trailers. Great store for our little town.
